The Rootd 90-Night Sleep Trial
We believe in the power of grounding — and we believe you should experience it for yourself, risk-free.
Try your Rootd grounding sheet for up to 90 nights. If you don't feel a difference in your sleep, we'll take it back. No hoops. No hassle.
How It Works
1. Sleep on it.
Use your grounding sheet for at least 7 nights to give your body time to adjust. Most customers notice changes within the first few weeks.
2. Not for you? Let us know.
Contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@rootdshop.com with your order number. We'll ask a few quick questions — not to interrogate you, just to learn how we can improve.
3. Ship it back on us.
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your sheet, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Details
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
What's Not Covered
- Returns requested after 90 days from delivery date
- Sheets with damage beyond normal use (stains, tears, burns, etc.)
- Items purchased through unauthorized resellers
Damaged or Defective?
If your sheet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at support@rootdshop.com. We'll replace it at no cost — no return required.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. Same 90-day window applies.
