Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Rootd grounding sheet delivered.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Orders — Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the United States, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country.
These fees are collected by your local customs authority at delivery—not by Rootd. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Tips for international customers:
- Check your country's import regulations before ordering
- Duties are typically based on the declared product value
- Refusing delivery due to unexpected fees does not qualify for a refund
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact us at support@rootdshop.com and we'll investigate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Contact your local carrier or customs office
- Reach out to us at support@rootdshop.com
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@rootdshop.com. We'll do our best to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processing.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes, but delivery times may be longer.
